On-Site Service $85 per hourNot every problem can be resolved on our bench. Whether it’s setting up your network or diagnosing a printer problem, our on-site service will help you resolve those pesky configuration issues.
Bench Charge $65 per hour minimumCovers diagnostic tests and reports. Many things can be fixed during diagnostics and does not incur additional expenses.
Virus Removal $35 plus bench chargeScan computer for viruses, remove viruses and spyware using freely available antivirus and antispyware tools.
Hardware Installation $25 plus bench chargeInstall customer provided hardware. Limited to common hardware such as video cards, network cards, CD and DVD drives, and hard drives set as additional storage.
Hardware is not included. Must be compatible with the computer and Operating System.
Hard Drive Upgrade $55 plus bench chargeReplace existing hard drive with a larger drive, copying data to new drive. Hardware is not included.
Single Software Install $25 plus bench charge
Install a single software title. Software must be provided by customer.
Multiple Software Title Install $40 plus bench charge
Install up to 5 software titles. Software must be provided by customer.
Operating System Install $45 plus bench charge Install your choice of Operating System. Software must be provided by customer. Operating System must be compatable with the system it’s to be installed on.
Hardware research $20
The Computer Techs LLC chooses not to resell hardware, and therefore is not limited to any single brand. If you wish a non-standard piece of hardware for a specific part, we’ll be happy to do the research for you to ensure you have the best part for the job.
